Here you will find the necessary information about the process of your booking with Casas de Conil:


You can send your enquiry either by filling out the booking form on our website or send us an e-mail to You will receive our reply stating the availability of the requested holiday accomodation and / or alternative accommodations generally within 24 hours on weekdays.

Your may pre-reserve your accomodation for a few days if you need time for checking flights and/or consulting other family members or friends. We recommend a pre-reservation as availabilities my change fast.


Once you have decided on a property, please send us an e-mail with your full details (or fill out the booking form):

  • Your full name
  • Your postal address in your home country
  • Your passport No. with expiry date 
  • Total No. of persons (adults and children)
  • Your mobile phone No. (so we can reach you on site if needed)
  • Time of arrival / departure and which airport (provided that you already booked your flight)
  • Name of the accommodation
  • Exact booking dates

We will then send you your detailed booking documents by e-mail consisting of your BOOKING CONFIRMATION (invoice), detailed directions to both our office and your accomodation, general information about your arrival and departure, detailed site maps and our General Terms and Conditions

Upon receipt of your booking documents a down payment of 30% of the rental price is to be transfered to one of our specified bank accounts within 5 days. Please fill out and sign the last page of the booking confirmation (security deposit) and return to us by e-mail or fax. 

The outstanding balance is to be paid not later than 4 weeks before your arrival . Along with the final payment, a security deposit of usually € 100 is to be paid (some accommodations ask for more). The deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer after your departure. If there is less than 4 weeks´ time between your booking confirmation and your arrival, the whole rental price is to be paid at once.


We contact all our guests by e-mail or phone in good time before their arrival date, with detailed information regarding their arrival and to re-confirm the time of arrival and the handover of the keys (when and where). Generally, unless stated otherwise, the keys are to be picked up from and returned to the Casas de Conil office

Arrivals outside office hours are no problem. Casas de Conil provides a 24-hour key safe at the office facade. We inform all our clients about the current safe code shortly before their arrival. Inside the safe you will find an envelope with your name and accommodation written on it, and with the keys and corresponding site maps inside.

The CASAS de CONIL office is situated at the entrance of Conil and is easy to find and street parking is available. Especially during the peak season with its traffic and the lack of parking spaces, it is a great advantage for our guests.

We would like to point out that the personal assistance of our clients on location is very important to us. We have known Conil and its surrounding for many years and would like to pass our "insider knowledge" on to our guests. Therefore all of our guests receive our INFO GUIDE on their arrival, personally compiled by Casas de Conil, with many recommendations about restaurants, Tapas bars, WIFI-Internet locations, excursions, beaches, sites, sports activities, useful information during your stay (medical centres, rubbish disposal, etc.), and more.

Furthermore all guests are given our emergency-service phone No. for very urgent matters. We kindly ask to only call this number in case of emergency. For any queries please contact us at the Casas de Conil office - personally or by phone during office hours or by e-mail anytime.


The keys of (most of) the accommodations need to be returned to our offices (unless stated otherwise). Should you leave outside office hours please be so kind as to drop them in the letter box outside the (smaller) Casas de Conil office window - marked with a sign and arrow.

A few days after your departure the security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer - provided that the accommodation was left in good state according to our General Terms and Conditions.

We do encourage our guests to constructive criticism about the accomodations. Since we are acting as intermediates between the mostly Spanish property owners and our guests, we do pass the information on to the owners on a regular basis. This way we are able to steadily improve both the quality of the accomodations and the service provided to our guests.
